I am wondering if your deal on cereal could be a regional deal or if it is just not listed in the ad. I am new to the CVS game, and my monthly add and my weekly add do not show any deals on GM cereal. I just dont want to make a costly mistake at the store. IVC is the Instant Value Coupons in the Rebate booklet. You can tear them out and use them right on site instead of having to do a rebate.
