Starbucks: FREE drink card in Sunday's paper!
I know, I know, I'm really behind here. I'm trying to clean out my inbox before the long weekend...
Many areas received an insert from Starbucks in their Sunday newspaper. This insert included a free drink card redeemable DAILY for a free 12 oz. hot or cold coffee drink from Sunday through July 14, 2008!
Okay, since we're not getting the paper right now (long story!) and I've yet to find a paper from Sunday in the recycling bins yet, can someone tell me whether this coupon was in the Kansas City Star? If so, I'm going to turn the recycling bins inside out till I find one! :)

Money Saving Mom here: Seriously, Rebekah? That is way too kind of you! Does anyone know if these are good nationwide? If so, yes, I will gladly take them and use them. I loves me some Starbucks. You are my new best friend. :):)

only good in IN and GA, but there was a different coupon for TX, I believe?
So annoyed, cause I'm in GA, but couldn't get a copy of the AJC on Sunday. :-(

Texas only got "good for one iced coffee". Not daily. only once. boo hoo. (but it was good!)

I would LOVE this. I didn't see it in the Charlotte paper. Does anyone know if it's good in NC? I would trade tons of coupons for one of these!

Someone else already explained that the cards are only good in GA and IN (I've heard of other states getting them too but they aren't good nationwide) but I wanted to add that they are ONLY for a free "brewed coffee" - and that my local Starbucks couldn't even give me an iced decaf. (I wrote to Starbucks and they confirmed that not all stores offer iced decaf brewed coffee yet.) So while it's a great thing, it's not like you can go in and get a 12 oz Frappucino. ;)

Darn it, we didn't get any of those coupons around here. Wish we did though, I love Starbucks!

I received one of these in the Atlanta paper. I tried to use it in a Starbucks inside Target, and they wouldn't take it. The barrista said her manager told her they have to be used at stand-alone Starbucks. The fine print only says not at Barnes and Noble locations. Bummer. I've yet to get any free coffee with the card.

Here in TX the coupon came on separate cardstock type paper, all brown, with a punch out card noting "receive one tall cup of iced brewed coffee".

Love ours in Indiana! It is good for a coffee or an iced coffee - the Iced is my favorite starbucks offering during the summer. The other drinks are much too sweet. You can use it every day til the 14th, I believe.

I bought 3 of the Savannah Morning News and didn't see any of these. I got all excited, too. :(

In which paper did you find this in Texas?

No coupon in the Chicago Tribune either. Too bad! Sounds like a good find if you can get it!

No Starbucks coupon in the Vancouver WA paper. Seattle WA, the home of Starbucks and no coupon in Washington papers...what's with that?
