IKEA: Free breakfast--October 11-13, 2008

Ikea
I guess IKEA has decided the free breakfast idea is a winner since they are doing it again this weekend! Head to any IKEA store October 11-13, 2008 before 10:30 a.m. (excluding the Houston, Seattle, Hickville, and IKEA Direct stores) and receive a free breakfast valued at $1.99. Limit one per customer. More details here.

I've heard that these free breakfasts are not only pretty good but also that IKEA is quite generous in their serving portions, so if you're going to be in the vicinity of an IKEA on the free breakfast days, you should certainly consider stopping!

Thanks to Faron and Kate over at FinancialLearn.com for letting me know about this deal!

Awesome. Yes, it's just $1.99, but the breakfast is actually quite substantial (at least at our Emeryville, CA IKEA), and it's just nice to eat out every now and then for breakfast. Around here you can easily pay $7-8 minimum for a plate of eggs, hash browns, and bacon. The big temptation is to not go shopping afterwards in celebration of our free breakfast! :)

In Canada the Ikea Breakfasts are $1.00 for all you Canadians!
