CVS: Deals for the week of November 30-December 1, 2008
Well, so much for me being back to blogging in full swing on Saturday. The girls and I came down with this nasty cold/flu on Thursday night and it pretty much knocked us out for the weekend. Oh well! At least we made it to two of our three family gatherings before getting sick.
I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving and are ready to enjoy a wonderful December making special memories with your family and friends. It's my favorite time of year and I'm really looking forward to all this month will hold!

This isn't the greatest deal on mascara, but you can get them for $1.40 each. Maybeline mascara is on sale B1G1 Free and the least expensive is $4.79. Buy two and use two $1/1 coupons from the 9/21 or 10/26 RP. Get both for $2.79
I needed to use up some of my Thanksgiving ECBs so I thought this was a good way to do that.

hi, actually that theraflu printable coupon is $2/1, not $1/1, so it's a better deal than you say! ;)

I didnt get a redplum insert either, but did get the P & G one so I took my paper back to exchange it and the same thing happened, is it possible there was not one this week?

I live in the southeast and this week's paper only had one insert in my area and the same thing last week! Pretty slim. Maybe next week will be better...

Oh my gosh, guys. I'm having a same problem. I live in the CA area and i didn't get red plum nor smart source this week!! Just P&G coupons! And I did not get "smart source" last week!! I was really really mad...It is still fun for me to clipping coupons. Maybe b/ I just started and i always wait for Sunday news paper. Do you guys always get "Smart Source" in the news paper?

My husband thought it was funny that I found stomach medicine deals at CVS this week! He said that is very appropriate since we stuffed ourselves on Thursday!!

I live in St. Louis and didn't get a Red Plum insert in my paper this week either. I was very disappointed that I only received the monthly P&G ad.
FYI: My husband didn't beleive how much I save using coupons until he went to Target with me over the weekend. He thinks I'm a little crazier now, but he appreciates all the time I spend finding coupons when I show him the receipt that says we saved an additioal 25% off our purchases.

Holiday weekend papers normally do not get the Red Plum or Smart Source coupons. This would be Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. P&G is usually around the start of a new month. I hope this helps someone!

Just wanted to let you know that the Theraflu MIR states that the refund will be the purchase price minus the $2 coupon up to $6.99.
