Anyone else having technical problems on the site? I'm unable to log-in on the homepage (just clicks and goes nowhere), and the drag & drop is non-functional (I can drag but it just pops back up in the bucket).

I uploaded all my photos last night and started working on my album but it didn't save my changes! I didn't have any trouble with the drag and drop, though.

I put my album together over the weekend, but the purchase screen isn't working for me. I've sent the comany an e-mail asking if it's possible to pay over the phone (since I couldn't find a contact phone # on the site.) In general, I'm not overly pleased with Hoorray. I really like their designs and layout options, but the technical aspects are lacking. Maybe it's just a young company and they will get better with time and consumer input??

Hi, I already had a saved photo album saved from the deal that I missed out on after Christmas. All I had to do was log on and enter the code and it worked great. All I had to pay was shipping-$7.99. Thanks for posting this great offer.

Just to warn you. I ordered this album on 12/23/08 (Xmas Hoorray promo - free) and received confirmation
e-mail immediately with an order #. Since then it showes on their system as "placed", not processed, or shipped etc.
I e-mailed Hoorray 3 times already and got an autoreply that their Rep will contact me in 24 hour - never happened. I left them messages, no result at all. I do not beleive they are going to fullfil the order.
My mother did her order too - same result. Just wanted you to know before you spend all this time.
