CVS: Lens Cleansing Cloths $8 money-maker! (Expired)
A big thanks to Jenny from Southern Savers for sharing about a potentially big money-maker at CVS this week. If you can find the Style Science Lens Cleansing Cloths at your CVS, buy 2 at $0.99 each and they should produce a $10 ECB! That's an $8 money-maker!
This deal is limit one per card and since this is a hidden deal (meaning it is not advertised), I can't guarantee you will earn the ECBs. However, numerous folks around the country have verified that it worked at their CVS store. So if you give it a try at yours, let us know if it works!
This deal is now expired.
See more deals available at CVS this week here.

What part of the store are y'all finding these? Are they with glasses? Travel?

Is this a weekly or monthly deal?

Hi everyone! Thank you so much! I rushed out to CVS and found these wipes on the side next to the sunglasses stand. the package is silver and they are in a pack of 20 for .99 cents. they had a couple sunglass stands but mine were located at the stand closest to the register. They were hanging on those little clip things right next to the sunglasses. i hope this helps someone. This is such a big money maker. very happy it worked. I found these in Maryland. good luck.

it worked for me!!

Mine were hanging directly on the little sunglass turnstyle. They are in a silver & orange package with $.99 written on the front. The hidden deal worked for me tonight in Central FL!

I went and looked (Indiana) and couldn't find them. Although I did find another brand 20 ct. in a silver package (mentioned in a comment above) hanging by the sunglasses. I thought maybe it was just the same brand but under a different name (worth a try right?). Well, it didn't work. So obviously it's not just any silver package out there! ;)

As soon as I read this post, I quickly drove to the nearest CVS... mainly because I just couldn't believe this deal. I found the cleansing wipes right away (on one of the sunglasses display). The cleansing cloths were each $0.99 and I paid with a $1 ECB so I only paid $1.06 (w/ tax) OOP. And sure enough, a $10 ECB printed out. I read on the receipt that it says "Sunglasses, Buy 2 Get 10 ECB - Offer Limit Reached". I believe this is a glitch in their system because there is a $10 ECB deal on sunglasses this week, wyb 2 at $5.99. Lucky us??

I found these hanging on the corner of the end aisle by the Contact Solutions - they are actually called Style Science Cleanings Tissue - .99 cent
Posted by: Jamelia | June 17, 2009 at 08:12 PM
I found mine in the very back corner of the store. They had an eyeglass display and they were kind of tucked around the side near the floor. BINGO! $10 ECB!

i can verify what alison said, it worked here in tampa, FL

Worked for me as well! I was so excited! Just like Alison, I found them on hanging on the plastic clip things beside the sunglasses display. I've heard reports that others have found them with the eyeglasses. Awesome deal!

This deal worked for me in So. California with the lens cleaning clothes. I paid $2.15 oop and got $10 ECB. I found them on the sunglasses rack.

I just checked 2 CVSes, and couldn't find them at either one (and even asked). I may try to stop by a couple more (since, seriously, CVSes are on every other corner around here). At one store, there was a hanging display near the Style Science glasses, but it didn't have lens cloths. It did, however, have soft glasses cases for $2.99. I wonder if buying two of those would trigger the $10 ECB to print? If so, it would be a $4 money maker.
I'm in Indianapolis.

Worked for me in Columbus, OH. Found them on the end of an aisle around the corner of a StyleScience sunglasses display. They were hanging on a strip. They didn't have many left. A $5 off $15 purchase also printed.

It worked in Macon, GA.

I found these in my CVS on the sunglasses display spinner. They are in little zip lock style bags hanging on the display. My CVS had this display near the sun lotion.
I am happy to report that they were 0.99 each and earned a $10 ECB! I am in Central Florida. Yea, and thanks for the info.

After hearing about Allison successfully doing this deal I too rushed out (im in VA) and went on a search. In the 2nd CVS I tried, I found one lens cleaning tissue ($.99) but only one so i tried to pair the deal with a StyleScience Eyewear Retainer for $1.99... and it worked!!! Its in the system as part of the Sunglasses deal and prints the ECBs based upon that.
Note: before i found these I tried to puchase 2 Magnivision non-glasses items and the deal didn't work. Looks like it's just for SunScience.
Thank you for posting this deal!!!

This worked for me too and I'm in So. Cal! I was super excited. I found them on the actual sunglasses stand but there were only a few left. So for $7.72 I got 2 pkg. of sunglass cleaners, a Titanium Razor and a box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran and received $13 in ECB's!!! I used the $4/1 Titanium coupon and the $1/1 Kellogg's coupon. Even better I had a $10 CVS gift card so $0 OOP

It worked for me tonight in Mesa, AZ. The store had several sunglasses and glasses displays and different brands of casing and cleaning cloths. I found the StyleScience display in the front of the store near the photo area. The strip was hanging behind the sunglass display, it was so hidden, I almost missed it. I got two pkgs. of the cleaning cloths and it worked like a charm.

I am so excited too!!! Thanks for sharing this!!! :)

Worked for me in Upstate NY. The cloths are ringing up as though they were a sunglasses purchase, thus the huge returns on the small expense!

I must have gone to the same CVS as Denise in Mesa, AZ... :) I found them hidden behind the displays, bought $2 with a $2 ECB from previous and voila! $10 ECB and $0 oop!

Our sunglasses were located at the front - directly across from the register. It worked in Belleville, IL!! (I used the $10 ECB to buy 2 Purex Completes - 2 $2Q in Sunday's paper and the ECB's it was 31 cents!)

I could not find the StyleScience brand in Miamisburg, OH (Dayton) but will check another store tonight. The girls at the Miamisburg store said they used to carry StyleScience, so I am hoping I find it at another store.
Also, the cheapest sunglasses in Dayton, OH appears to be $9.99.

Couldn't find them in Kyle, TX. Of you in Austin, what stores did you find them at?
Posted by: Rachel B | June 18, 2009 at 05:51 PM
Our CVS didn't have the cleaning cloths but they had a bunch of other StyleScience products sprinkled on little hang-up strips throughout the store. I finally found two glasses holders (the rope that goes around your neck so your glasses hang in front of you) for $1.99 each, and those worked, too! I didn't make as much as if I'd found the cloths, but I was happy that I got an extra $6 out of the deal! Thanks to all who blogged about this!!!
