New to CVS-ing and want some hand-holding? Don't try to make heads or tails of this post because it probably won't make a lot of sense to you. Instead, go here where I explain the CVS program in full detail. Want to join in the fun and incredible savings? Then go here where I share more about how to make it work for you. And then be sure to check out FishMama's Primer for working the CVS deals this week.

Check your Receipt if you are trying to get the DVDs. Both my mom and I went this morning and both of our cards had a limit of 1 as advertised, not 5 as being reported.

The Kodak DVD may vary according to your area or manager. It is advertised in my ad at Limit 1. When my receipt printed out, it said "Limit Offer Reached" after I purchased only one DVD.

I can't find the $1.50/1 coupon for the SpeedStick Pro Deodorant. I've tried several zip codes. Does that mean that it's gone or am I just missing it? Thank you.

I didn't try it yet because I didn't have my coupons printed up, but my cvs in southern california, had the little (buy $10 get 5) ecb sign posted on the .99 j&j first aid kits in the travel size area, so you might be able to get 10 of those w/ the $1 off 1 coupons and get the ecbs!

Do you know any specifics about how to make the picture dvd? I made 5 photo books last week and would like to continue getting these great free Christmas gifts, but this one confuses me...thanks

The DVD was pretty easy to make. Just bring 60 pictures with you. Like the photobook, download the pictures and I sorted my pictures by date. Next add a title, then pick the song you want (they have quite a few nice songs to choose from), preview it and then you're done. I thought it was going to be difficult, but it's not...very straight forward!
PS- The Limit was only 1.

Even if you dont have 10 J&J coupons you can still make a little money or at least get it all free. i went this morning and bought 6 J&J travel first aid kits and one band aid product for 4.19. Used 5 J&J coupons(thats all i had) and one $1 band aid coupon. So basically I made 81cents after ECBs!

Thank you Rei for your comment as I too only have 5 J&J coupons!

This morning I got a 1.50 CRT q for the Speed Stick, making it a 50 cent moneymaker after EB.

CVS has a great deal on Borden milk. It is only $1.69 per gallon after ECBs (limit 2) and if you buy 5 gallons of milk you get 1 gallon of milk for free!
Posted by: Leslie | July 20, 2009 at 04:21 PM
For Californians there was a milk coupon in the 7/12 inserts for 50 and 30 cents off two different gallons of milk (must have California milk label and the sale ones do on the lid). The add has a ECB deal of 1.29 a gallon after the $1 ECB for each and if you use the coupons, you get two gallons for $1.78!!!!!!
Also, our CVS sale on the Sobe seemed to be 5/$5 not B1G1. Is there something I'm missing on that?

I found an awesome CVS deal. If you have a CVS that has the coupon printing station in the store, use your reward card and it should print 2 coupons. One for $2 off any purchase of 2 gold emblem nuts and one for $1 off gold emblem water. The trial size variety of the nuts are .99 at the register so that makes them free! The 12 pk of bottled water is on sale for $2.99, so with the coupon that makes it $1.99

Anyone else have trouble with the milk ecb?
I'm in the Dallas area. Our ad last week was $1 ecb on milk limit 1, and this week's ad was $1 ecb limit 2. I bought 1 milk last week, and when I tried to buy more this week no ecb's printed. My receipt said the limit of 1 had been reached, and the store wouldn't issue the ecb even though this week was a new ad. The clerk told me it was the same deal as last week, that it had just been extended?
Sounds similar to the DVD issue other customers had.
