Wish I could do that Trail Mix Crunch deal, but I already printed those coupons ages ago. Actually, when I try now it says the campaign prints are used up -- are others able to print them?

My hubby is training for the CVS game and will go with me do this week's CVS. I hope it goes well and he likes it!
And don't forget ECBs earned last quarter are printing NOW. Call 1-800-SHOP CVS to find out how much you earned or go online. Happy Shopping!

On the Post Trail Crunch, if you load the $1 on 2 via Upromise ecoupons, you can make another buck! I have details on it over in my post :)

This is the Febreeze deal I am going to do:

1 Air Effects at $3
1 Fabric Refresher $5
-$4 Noticeables Start Kits (PG 7/5)

-$3 Free Air Effects wyb Fabric Refresher (PG 7/5)

Pay $10 with ECB from last week, and get $10 ECB back.
I need the Fabric Refresher so this is the best deal for me.

Heads up if you are in Southern CA. It's a very different ad.
Posted by: FishMama | July 05, 2009 at 09:15 AM
I went & got most of the Sunday/Monday deals today. One interesting thing: the pantiliner ECB was for 99 cents instead of 89 cents, making it a (small) moneymaker!

Is the Post Trail Mix Crunch sale regional? I didn't see it in my ad. I live in the Dallas area.

Hope it's ok to post this

I'm in Dallas too, and the Trail Mix Crunch deal does work-- I just did it earlier today. It's actually a Post deal, so a couple of other cereals are part of the deal and they're the ones pictured in the add.
What a great week! I used 10 ECB to spend 2.00 and save 41.19, with 12.45 in ECBs for next time! I've been doing CVS for a few months, but this was my first time to really score. Exciting!

Thank you! I just started following your blog and started at CVS this weekend. I only bought cereal and toothpaste this week since that was all we need/would use. I had the printable coupons, and the toothpaste was on sale at my CVS, so I paid $6.22 out of pocket and got $7 in ECB. Woot - not bad for the first time.

Fishmama is right... mine also says $0.99 ECBs for the pantiliner.

I'm in So Cal & didn't have some of these good deals. i.e. Dawn dish soap :(
I have to share something that stunned & amazed me tonight. I just got back from taking back 2 bottle of Coppertone Nutra Shield that I bought the other day. I used two $5 off coupons but they didn't come up with ECB's so I took them back. They refunded me the total price of the Coppertone about $15.56 PLUS the amount of my two $5 off coupons!!!! I thought it was unbeliveable!!! Plus I got $10 in ECB from this week's deals. thanks for posting all the awesome deals :)

Yea! My store actually had all the deal in stock yesterday, and my transactions went off without a hitch.
This trailmix cereal isn't that amazing though. I'm glad it was free!

The Post Trail Mix Crunch sale was not in our ad here in Central NJ either. I'm wondering if it's unadvertised or regional.

I did pretty good (had to hit 2 CVSs though, that's always irritating), but CVS overcharged me by $6.50 -- I am #69 on the Mr. Linky list if you want to read the details. I am going to call them and see if they can make it right, but I doubt it because it was a coupon deal, and how can I prove I had a coupon? I had a problem getting them to honor the Pampers diaper deal a few weeks ago, too... they finally did award me the ECBs but it took some effort and a call to customer service.

I went to CVS on my lunchbreak and they were cleaned out the tape, pencils, sharpeners, and Post Trail Mix Crunch. But I got my rainchecks for all of it, so hopefully it will be in stock on my next trip.
I love how helpful they are with those rainchecks!

I had a really strange morning at CVS. (Longs just switched over here in NorCal -- yippee!) Anway, I bought all the "Free after ECB" deals and the countour monitor for $19.99 with the "up to $30 off" Q that then offered me the $5 ECB. We had some trouble with the transaction, though, and the sale prices wouldn't show up until after we "totaled" the transaction.
The Q for the monitor read as $30 off even though the product was on sale for $19.99. I tried and tried to get the manager to adjust the Q. I want to be honest, right? He refused to do it. He was just a little bugged by the computer being so crazy this morning that he told me to just take the $10 overage for my time. I just don't feel right about that. I left with everything and a TON of ECBs for $2.10 OOP, but I feel guilty. I actually made $15 on the monitor! I want to call Bayer and CVS, but don't want to get this guy in trouble. What do you think?
Thanks so much for your hard work posting, moneysavingmom! I've saved so much money because of you.:)

Thanks for the comment on Bic Soleil razors! They are marked $5.99 but ring up for $2.99, so I was able to use the SS coupon and score them free, too! Also, for those of you having trouble finding the tape -- I thought they were out of it at my store, but then I found a bunch of them near the gift wrap and greeting cards! You might want to check there if your office supply shelves have already been cleaned out.

I am new to your site and to this whole CVS and coupon thing, so I have a question. When there is a deal such as the "spend $15 on Covergirl products" above, is the $15 counted before or after coupons? (i.e., Could I actually spend less than $15 OOP and still get $5 in ECBs?) Thanks.
Posted by: Jessica | July 07, 2009 at 08:38 AM
I've never done the CVS deals before, and this coupon thing has become lots of fun with your site and others! Here's how it worked for me...
2 Febreeze Noticeables
1 Febreeze Fabric Refresher
1 Febreeze air effects
With coupons total oop = $10.55 (which was 57 cents more than I'd expected ???)
Earned $10 ECBs which I used to buy
1 pack pencils
1 Colgate Total
1 Irish Spring 3 pk bar soap (on sale cheapr than WM)
2 bottles Dawn dish soap
2 Head & Shoulders
With coupons and using those $10 ECBs total oop = $1.65
Earrned $7.99 ECBs which I used to buy...
1 Lipton Green Tea 12 pk
1 Dove Shampoo
1 Dove Conditioner
With coupons and using those ECBs total oop = $0.58
Earned $2 ECBs for next time
1 Bic Soleil Razor
With coupon total oop = $0.15
(this transaction should've been added into one of the others so I wouldn't have gotten the odd look, but I wasn't sure if it would ring up for $2.99...anyway, still a good deal, just a bit embarrassing)
Total oop $12.93 plus $2 ECBs for next time :) Not too bad for a newbie ;)
Thanks, moneysavingmom, for all the help!!
