Ordered two bar soaps---to the person having trouble getting gift card to work, make sure you enter the number in the gift card space (not promotion at bottom of page) and click the check mark next to gift card space or it'll keep asking you for a credit card number.

Thanks so much - I went and looked and saw that neither of the two free shipping brands had anything under $20, so I was about to give up and not bother with anything, then I came back here and read the comments and did the same lip balm deal as Susan - I wouldn't have thought of the gift cert covering the shipping - thanks! And Katie, it gives you that message, but if you just proceed everything works fine (at least it did for me).

for some reason the gift certificate line keeps automatically adding in extra spaces and messing my gc# up so it can't be submitted! Weird!!

I just ordered some Florence Soap. You have to make sure and enter the Gift Certificate number exactly as it appears in your e-mail in the Gift Certificate box ONLY and then hit the check mark. Do not enter it in the Promotion Code box in the order summary at the bottom of the page or else it will not work.

This did not work for me. After the first e-mail it told me the e-mail address had already been used. Tried on 5 other e-mail addresses with same result.
If someone has a code they are willing to give up, please e-mail iamnotlexi@yahoo.com with it. I have really bad acne and would appreciate a product for it since its so cheap.

I'm having the same problem as Lindsay, when I click the link in the e-mail it is telling me that I have already received a gift certificate (although I haven't). Not sure what the problem is.

It says it's not applicable to certain manufacturers in fine print under the gift certificate code. I wonder if that is the problem? I'm going to try a different item and see if it works.

Thanks SO MUCH FOR THIS DEAL! I blogged about it also.
However - I did tell my readers and you might want to tell yours that I don't think the free shipping MD skincare is working. It didn't work for me and I ordered an MD product. In the end this is a cleanser I love and pay $25 every 6 months from my doctor so it was definitely worth it to me to basically only pay for shipping - but you might want to tell readers I don't think that's working!

I just spoke with customer service and they are having so many more users on their site that it is bahaving strangely. He said they're working on the dash problem. I heard some people in the background saying that they would shut down at 4:00pm. I just told him I would try later since he sounded so busy.

I tried what a previous poster did and copied my code to a word doc, unformatted it, then pasted into the blank at checkout and added the hyphens back in. Worked great!!

The site was working very slowly for me, too. I kept playing around with it and was able to order some yummy looking body wash for free. I ended up clearing the promo code and putting my certificate code in when I came to a place later. Thanks for all you do to help us get quality products for great prices!

My friend was able to order something, but when I went on (using the same computer), it kept coming up with errors and then told me that I already received a gift certificate. So beware if you are using a public computer or a computer other than your own.
