When I go to the Fuel for School Link, I do not see where the rebate form can be downloaded. Is there a limit as to how many people could get the form and maybe i missed it?

Has anyone done this rebate?? Do I have to cut all the UPC #'s off of the products? I don't want to open all 10 cookies!!!!
Posted by: annalee | July 13, 2009 at 06:00 PM
I'm pretty sure I also have Vocalpoint coupons on the Mini-Wheats, too. (One BOGO, the rest $1/1) That also helps since I only have access to one computer.

the rebate form states all 10 items must be purchased in a single transaction, while the super target coupons state one coupon per transaction, so I don't think the deal will work, at least not for the Morningstar Farms scenario. Any help?
Posted by: Mandy | July 13, 2009 at 06:25 PM
my target abides by the one offer per transaction limit on the front of the target coupon. I tried saying it was one per 2 items, but they said its per receipt. maybe I will try latere with a male cashier.

does anyone know if kelloggs will refuse the rebate for using coupons? My target receipt printed out under each item the coupon I used and for the total I spent around 7.50? just wondering.

I did this deal last year. I just cut off the upc codes from the box, you don't have to open the box to do this, leave the items still wrapped in the plastic. I think the rebate says one per address. I used my address, my husbands po box, and my parents address. I used coupons and you could clearly see that I didn't spend $10. I was not refused the rebate but I did do the deals in separate transactions so I had the original receipt to mail in.

My coupon says on offer per transaction also. It has been a while since I have used Target coupons... I don't remember that from the last time. New??

I tried my first coupon shopping trip at Target. They would not accept any of my coupons including the ones I printed off the Target website. Does anyone know anything about this?
Posted by: Ria | July 13, 2009 at 08:33 PM
I used coupons last year and the rebate worked I did have to send in all the UPC's and kmart had a copy of the rebate form in their sunday ad 7-12 you DO NOT have to buy the items at Kmart to use the rebate form though. I had a hard time getting the rebate form to load at home as well.

Annalee,
When I did this last year, I just cut a small hole in the package to get the UPCs off, and then sealed them up with clear, mailing tape. I imagine "duck" tape would work also. HTH.

I'm hearing on some chats that Kellogg's has been contacted and letters are coming back that say items DON'T have to be bought in a single transaction as long as the right products are bought within the right time frame:)

Thank you for contacting Kellogg Company about the Kellogg's® Fuel for School 2009.

Is this offer one rebate per address? I could get a TON of awesome deals if not.
Posted by: S L | July 13, 2009 at 09:21 PM
I just did two purchases. I made two separate purchase of 10 each just to be on the safe side.
I spent $23 total:
8 boxes of cereal
3 boxes of eggo waffles
4 boxes of morningstar burgers
5 boxes of keeblers (this got me the $5 gc)
yay!
Posted by: jessica | July 13, 2009 at 11:21 PM
Is the cookie/ $5 gc deal an unadvertised deal?
I didnt see it at my store on Saturday and dont see it in this week's ad. Did it start on sunday?
thanks!
:)

The form doesn't state that you have to spend $10, just that you have to buy 10 items, so coupons shouldn't matter. It does says all items have to be purchased on one receipt at one store, and now we hear that isn't true, so who knows? I did mine at Target today. Got 4 Raisin Bran, 1 Special K, 2 Eggos, 1 PopTarts and 2 Club Crackers for $3.25 after coupons and rebate, so just .33 per item. Plus I can use the tokens on the cereal and crackers to get a free DVD.

Ria - my Target won't take any coupons off the internet, including from their own site, either. I am in South Florida.

BTW, The redplum Q for Miniwheats is $1.50 off 2
I bought 5 coupons last month for $1 off Raisin Bran and printed the Eggo coupons so I'm glad for this Kellogg's Rebate.

Just thought I'd share that I did successfully buy 10 packages of keebler cookies in the same transaction using the $1/1 coupons for all. I got two target gift cards, it wasn't even the cashier's choice, as soon as she rang up 5, her register automatically asked her to scan a gift card.
I'm sending in my rebate form today!
Thanks for the super fun tip, Crystal!
My husband is still getting excited about coupons and he said to me: "Wait, you have coupons, we get gift cards, we get a $10 rebate AND we get 10 boxes of keebler cookies?!?! That's AWESOME!" : ) I then explained the buy-ahead principle and no, we wouldn't be eating all of the cookies in one week... : )

Hi Crystal,
I have tried using the link to the $1/1 Keebler coupon several times and keep getting a "please wait" message when I click to print....any idea what could cause this? Is the link still active? Any suggestions would be helpful!
Thanks for all of your hard work on the blog--I really appreciate it!

My Target won't take more than one coupon per item. Not sure if it's Georgia (Atlanta area) or just a Target rule in general. I'm guessing not, but would love to know if anyone else found this.

JooneK,
Are you using Firefox? I normally don't have problems on firefox but with these coupons, I got the same message. Internet Explorer works though!

Hi, this is Carie from Kellogg's. I wanted to take the opportunity to clarify about using multiple receipts to participate in our Fuel for School rebate program for 2009.
Our contact center may have indicated that we're accepting multiple receipts for this promotion - however, that information was incorrect. According to the rules of this promotion, all purchases are required to be made during the same transaction. The cost of processing multiple receipts would prohibit us from offering this program in the future. We regret any confusion or miscommunication that may have taken place and again, we sincerely appreciate your support.

Those of you who have said your taget will not take IPs or would not take more than 1 coupon per item, have you called customer service yet? Guess I've been lucky-never have had a problem at target. I almost always use more than 1 target coupon in my transactions, never has anyone said anything. Today I purchased 10 boxes of cereal and used 10 coupons-nothing was said.
The only question I have is where does it say that the bake shop items are included in the rebate? am I going blind, because I just don't see it.

If you have more than one address to use for the Kellogg's rebate, and if you love frosted Mini-Wheats, there are great deals to be had at target. I bought ten boxes of Frosted Mini Wheats for the rebate. When I got home, my husband pointed out that there were 75 cent off coupons on the back of each box. Since he loves the cereal, I cut out the coupons and went back for ten more. I paid $1.13 each, and will get the ten dollar rebate making them 13 cents each! I am just sending the other check to my mom's house, plus I now have ten more coupons to use later!

Jamie Glenn, I was wondering the same thing when I was looking at the Kmart rebate, but then I looked at the printed rebate from Kellogg's website and it has more products listed. It says any Eggo product (4ct or larger) and Morningstar Farm Veggie Products (5ct or larger), whereas these things aren't listed on the Kmart rebate form.
