Target: More $0.50 Eggo BakeShop products
The Eggo Bakeshop products are on sale again at Target this week for $1.50 and some of the $1/1 coupons have been reset so you can get more for $0.50/box. Go here and here to print four more $1/1 coupons per computer. Also, you can also print out two more both at this site and this site (or here), if you haven't printed those yet. So you should be able to get up to eight $1/1 coupons per computer.
We bought the muffin tops and twists last week and I wasn't wildly impressed with them. I might try buying some of the other products, though, to see if we feel any differently about those. Have you tried any of the BakeShop products?
See more deals available at Target this week here.

I bought the Chocolate Chip Muffin tops last week and I really like them. I mostly eat them as a snack when I get a chocolate craving. I also bought the blueberry ones but I haven't tried those yet. For .50 cents a box, they are definitely worth it!

I tried the muffins and the swirls and was not impressed. my daughter wouldn't even finish her chocolate chip muffin tops!

I was so so on the Blueberry Muffin Tops, but my children LOVED them.

My kids like the muffin tops. I have bought the swirls and twists and they didn't like those. I will probably just stock up on muffin tops as they also make good snacks if we go run errands. They are small and a good size for little ones.

We tried the Muffin Tops and each time I saw the box, I thought why would I be eating something called "Muffin Tops" when I know it's just adding to my muffin tops? :)
Posted by: kelli | July 02, 2009 at 09:17 AM
I am not wildly impressed with them either, which is good, as I do not need them, but my boy dig 'em! Ill be getting more for sure! I also pot cream cheese on the muffin tops, add a little protein, and flavor:)

We got the whole wheat waffles. My girls all ate them and asked for more. They are great for a quick morning breakfast.

I have tried the Cinnamon Ones and they are OK- not great but for the price I got them, I'll eat them!

My kids eat the chocolate chip muffin tops during the school year. They love them and I like that it doesn't take long to heat them up. Perfect for those days when we're running behind schedule.

I'm a fan of the blueberry muffin tops... quick and easy for breakfast!
Posted by: Misty | July 02, 2009 at 09:32 AM
My daughter also has no interest in the chocolate tops, but loved the swirls.
Posted by: Jessica | July 02, 2009 at 09:32 AM
I haven't tried the swirls but the blueberry muffin tops were okay. We liked the strawberry twists alot. I don't think that they are worth the full price but I will definately use the rest of my coupons to buy more.
Posted by: Emma K | July 02, 2009 at 09:35 AM
We tried the muffins and swirls too. Weren't impressed with either. We ended up throwing the swirls away as no one would eat them. The bagels they sell are pretty good though. Wish we could find more coupons for them!

All 4 of my kids were wild about the strawberry swirls.

I bought the CC and BB Muffin Tops last Friday for .50, went back this past Tuesday for more to only see they were sold out!! :( The Eggo Waffles were also on sale 2/3.00 so I asked if I could use my coupons on them since the others were sold out and I was told NO!!! The coupons can only be used for exactly what they say.
Posted by: Sharon | July 02, 2009 at 09:40 AM
My kids appeared to like them, but I was a bit disappointed with the size. But for $.50 I'll get them. Easy addition to their yogurt and cereal.

Wasn't impressed w/the muffin tops either, but this morning ate a strawberry twist right out of the freezer &it was pretty good, so I'm guessing hot it would be even better! For that price, you can't beat 'em!!

I thought they were ok; my husband loves them. It may be because he's been forced to eat FiberOne since April when it was on a really good sale.... for .$50, though, totally worth it!

Try the cinnamon swirlz....the kids and I LOVE them!
Posted by: Monica | July 02, 2009 at 09:48 AM
I so stacked up on these last week, and I have LOVED what I've tried so far. Hubby and I really enjoyed the chocolate chip muffin tops. Yum!
Posted by: Justina | July 02, 2009 at 09:51 AM
i like the muffin tops still frozen. just a quick snack, def not a meal.
Posted by: Daisy @Chaotic Flower Pot | July 02, 2009 at 10:01 AM
we tried the blueberry muffin tops and they are still in my freezer! My 3 year old was not impressed.
Posted by: Adrian Ford | July 02, 2009 at 10:04 AM
We have tried the strawberry swirl and apple twist....not overly impressed. Just glad we did not pay full price to try the product. It's not something I will buy again.

I loved the CC muffin tops. So did the kiddo's - hubby, not so much. I really really love their FRENCH TOAST WAFFLES (not to be used with the coupon but they were on sale last week) They are addicting. You don't need to add butter/syrup or anything -

This runs through the 20th of July.

I tried the cinnamon swirls I was really disappointed. They are super sweet and don't taste so good.
Posted by: Kristina | July 02, 2009 at 10:34 AM
My son and husband LOVE the muffin tops!
Posted by: Sarah | July 02, 2009 at 11:14 AM
Because my little boy can't have eggs, we made special waffles for him and fed my little girl the muffin tops. So when she saw the syrup being added to his waffle she wanted some on her muffin tops. Syrup to your muffin tops will add to the flavor *and the sugar :)*

My kids liked the muffin tops fine-although my kids will eat anything! I don't like them to have a sugary processed breakfast very often, so they had theirs as a dessert. For .50 they were fine-I definitely would not pay more or serve them everyday!

I've tried a couple of the new Eggo products and wasn't impressed with any of them really. I tried the French Toast waffle things and those are getting freezer burned because no one liked them (I'm going to try letting them defrost, tearing them up and throwing them into bread pudding...better than letting it go to waste). The muffin tops were okay I guess. They taste like processed muffin tops...not something I'd buy on a regular basis and my two year old took a bite and handed it back to me, so I'm THINKING she didn't like it *laugh*. I haven't tried the twists or the swirls though.

These were not on sale at my Super Target yesterday. I'm in Illinois.
Posted by: Kris | July 02, 2009 at 11:36 AM
all they had were the muffin tops - I'm not impressed, but my 2 year old loves them - I've been calling them cookies, and she thinks they're a great snack - and, yeah, for $0.50 a box, it's a great price for a snack that'll last a few weeks. :)

Thanks for the heads up. I thought that I'd printed out all that I could- but apparently I didn't! My kids love the blueberry muffin tops. Personally I think that they look pretty gross, but they're easy to make and they like them so I'm not going to argue with them :).

We didn't try any of the muffin tops. The apple and strawberry twists have been a big hit in our house.
Posted by: Jennifer W. | July 02, 2009 at 12:02 PM
my husband really likes the bagelfuls. I'm not sure if those are considered the bakeshop or not. We thought the swirls were okay but haven't tred the muffin tops yet
Posted by: Emelie | July 02, 2009 at 12:06 PM
I like the strawberry twists a lot! I ate one for a snack as soon as I got home from my Target trip and I was immediately wishing I'd bought more of those! Not a total health food by any means, but a nice treat for breakfast or snack.
Posted by: taramarissa | July 02, 2009 at 12:10 PM
The only thing we tried was the chocolate chip and blueberry muffins. So-so about the blueberry, but the chocolate chip ones were a hit in our house, toasted with melted butter on top. Good for a quick morning snack.

My 3 kids like the muffin tops especially the double choc. chip ones. They don't like the swirls or twists though.
Posted by: evelyn | July 02, 2009 at 12:15 PM
My 3 yr old like the muffin tops, I gave him one with his yogurt. He doesn't like a lot of starchy foods so I was surprised. My 5 yr old hasn't tried them yet but he eats just about anything! I am sure my husband will eat them too. I want to try the twists as a snack, but I know I won't touch the other stuff, not my taste!
Posted by: Lee | July 02, 2009 at 12:49 PM
We usually don't get stuff like this unless it is less than a quarter or free but I did let the kids try them all since it is summer and it is breakfast they can get themselves. That said, they only liked the chocolate chip muffin tops. I liked the cinnamon swirl. Well, we did not like them enough to get anymore but those were the best options for us.

We warmed the CC muffin tops in the oven, then took them to the park and they were just right with milk for a light breakfast -- 3 kids and me and the entire box was gone. Not bad for 50 cents. My son made blueberry muffins from scratch today and they were even better, though!
Posted by: Dionne Merriott | July 02, 2009 at 01:07 PM
I was hoping they would be like other toaster pastries, but we didn't like the swirls. The muffin tops were edible for the price, but probably won't buy again.

I was really dissappointed in these. I didnt' care for them at all, but at least it was a great deal! I would have hated to figure that out at full price! :) There's always a silver lining!
Posted by: Rachel | July 02, 2009 at 03:56 PM
I was able to use the coupon on the Eggo waffles, so I've now stocked up twice and got 15 boxes of waffles for $.50/each. We are stocked up for a while!
Posted by: Meghan | July 02, 2009 at 10:08 PM
A little dissappointed. The muffin tops are good in the toaster for a crispy, soft treat. The swirls were just a bit too commercial tasting, and rich. Definitely not as good as homemade cinnamon rolls. I would prob do the tops and maybe try another type that's not so full of icing and goo.
Posted by: Lora | July 02, 2009 at 10:20 PM
We tried the blueberry muffin tops. They tasted more like blueberry pancakes than muffins, but I thought they were good. The kids really, really loved them.
