Printable $5/$25 CVS coupon!
Great news! Take a flu survey here and you'll be able to print a $5/$25 CVS coupon when you're finished.
Use this coupon to further sweeten the CVS deals this week.
Thanks, Sarah!

Can someone post when the coupon expires? I am wondering if it is like the other coupon from the web site last month where it ran for a few weeks and had an expiration date for 2 weeks after you took the quiz/survey. I have a $4/$20 coupon that I am using this week, so I want to be able to stagger all these great coupons. If someone gets more info about the expiration of this coupon, will you please post it?

Kim F.: I took the quiz today, and the exp date is 10/5/09. It appears that it will exp 2 weeks from when you take the quiz.
Also...I'm new to shopping at CVS...can someone please tell me if the $25 that you have to spend to get the $5 off is BEFORE or AFTER coupons??? THANKS!

Adrienne S. The $5 off is before coupons...just be sure you give that coupon first, then follow with other coupons. Hope that helps! CVS is great.

Is this the same one from a few weeks ago? I might try to see if it will give me another coupon...

Just spend $25, give the 5/25 first, then the rest of your coupons!! Works EVERY time!!

I filled out a survey from cvs the other day and got 15 bucks for doing so. I was so excited. If you sign up for their news letter every once in awhile they will ask you to do a survey. And get cvc bucks for doing so.

To answer my own question: It let me print. I think it's a new one. It asked different questions than last time from what I can recall. I also thought it was funny that I got an eamil with a coupon for this weekend. Even with that coupon, I didn't buy a thing. I thought the ad looked lame. And that was after I had signed up for the advisory thing and took a survey about the print ad! It's just funny and very interesting to see what companies do.

I've tried to take the quiz but it gets 'stuck' on the last question every time. Anyone else have this issue? I'm tired of hearing these ladies chat about flu over and over with no coupon in sight!- Thanks

I took a survey this weekend, too, but I got $10 EBs (not $15 like other lucky CVSers). I wish this week had more deals to pair with this coupon!

Got my coupon this morning...no problem! Hope next week's ad is better!

Is anyone having trouble with this today? The red bubble telling you to take the quiz says "loading" under it and won't load. For me, at least. I hope they didn't reach their maximum prints already!

Just an FYI for anybody looking for stuff for the kids, the CVS near us had their desk lamps marked down 50%...normally priced at $4.99, these small desk lamps with energy saving lightbulbs INCLUDED were $2.50 and each one had a coupon on it for $2.00. So anyone wanting a desk lamp for fifty-cents can find them at CVS. They must be purchased before Sept. 30th for the rebate.

when i click on the link. it leads me to cvs website and no survey come up? wats happening?

I took the survey today and got my coupon. The survey "got stuck" and froze everytime I answered a question correctly. I started over and chose an incorrect answer each time to keep going. Note:the coupon states at the bottom that it can be printed in color or black and white, in case you want to save color ink.
