The coupon is actually spend $20 get $4 ECB and, unfortunately, it is limited to one per extra card. Boo.

At our CVS, they are giving it away at the register "if you qualify", whatever that means.
And technically, the coupon is "get $4 ecb when you spend $20", it's not a $$-off your purchase coupon.

The coupon isn't $4 off a $20 purchase. When you use it you will receive $4 ECB when you spend $20. Or at least that is what mine says and I got it from the book you posted about.

The coupon is actually---If you buy $20 worth of products, you will get $4 ECB back. $20 before coupons worked for me! The coupon deal is tied to your ECB card, so you can only use one coupon--no need to get multiple copies!

It only lets you use one of those coupons per extra care card. I used it already and it said at the bottom of my receipt $4 ECB with $20 Limit 1, limit reached.

Christy- did you hand the cashier the $4 ECB with $20 purchase BEFORE your coupons? I was wondering if this would work also...thanks for your post!

My book came in the mail today!

THEY TOLD ME AT THE CVS DOWN THE STREET THAT THE $20 SPENT HAD TO BE PRODUCTS IN THAT BOOK.

I used my $4 ECB card to do the claritin and duracell deals (for $10 off UP DVD). I also had the $5 off $30 survey coupon, which I handed first, then I gave them this $4 ECB card then the other coupons. I ended up getting the Kid's Claritin free. Plus I hen had $10 off UP and the $4 ECBs. It's FREE money so I can't complain.

No NATTACHA, I used mine this week and I'm sure the products weren't in the book. A very friendly cashier gave me one the day they came out when he saw all my coupons and ECBs. Just had the card over with your coupons, they'll scan it and you'll get $4. Its like free money. :)

Thanks for posting this! I had asked for and received a copy but hadn't noticed a coupon. After your post, I went and looked again and saw that it had been ripped out! I'm getting another one ((pouting))
Thanks ;-)

I was told my by cashier that only certain customers are getting the book. When they scan your EC card, they get a message on their screen saying to hand out a book to that customer. All of my CVS's had theirs behind the counter. Me and my mom both got the books, but my sister-in-law didn't. I'm guessing it's how active your card has been, since my SIL doesn't shop at CVS much (the horror).

They would not let me use my coupon. They said I had to purchase things featured in the catalog. So I am going with plan B and going to a different CVS.

Leslie--if you haven't tried it yet--I handed my coupons first and then the $4 ECB coupon!--and no, I did not buy things in the book!

So what all do we know about this 4ecb when you purchase 20. If this can be combined with the 5 off 20 purchase and you buy 20 off stuff that have more ecbs coming this could be an awesome deal.
I plan on trying mine next week with the diaper deal, but 20 of huggies get 5 back . . . if you do this deal in conjuction with 5 off and 4ecbs back, and use huggies coupons, you could potentially spend 11 and get 9ecbs . . . . I'm hoping this will work, does anyone know if it will?
